Capture and keep your prescriptions, lab results, discharge summaries and doctor's advice in one lifelong timeline. If you're seen at a facility running our HMIS, your records can flow in automatically. Move between facilities and your history comes with you.
Understand what it means
Our AI assistant explains your results and medical terms in plain language and helps you describe what you're experiencing. It never pretends to be your doctor. Tiba organises your information, and clinical judgement stays with a real clinician.
