The hospital portal uses AI for documentation, decision support, and turning audio and documents into structured data. From consultation transcription to per-patient clinical insights, these tools are built to save time and improve consistency—always as support for the treating clinician.
Record consultation audio and get speech-to-text transcription, then AI turns the transcript into structured consultation notes. Capture visits without typing; edit and save notes directly into the patient record. Supports multiple audio formats (WAV, MP3, M4A, etc.).
Upload documents and images (e.g. referrals, lab printouts) or record voice during a visit. AI extracts medications, diagnoses, vitals, and clinical context so the information flows into the record. Voice can be transcribed, classified, and summarized for quick capture.
